I’m based on the Central Coast, NSW, and regularly service the Central Coast, Newcastle/Hunter region, Lake Macquarie, and Sydney. I’m also available for interstate or international projects on request, just get in touch to discuss the details.
My standard package includes professional interior and exterior photography, drone shots to capture the property from above, and a detailed floorplan. All images are professionally edited and delivered in high resolution, ready for both online and print marketing.
A well-prepared property makes all the difference. Declutter surfaces, tidy each room, open all blinds, turn on lights, and make sure outdoor areas are clean and neat. I can also provide a prep checklist to share with your vendors or homeowners before the shoot.
Photography is typically delivered within 24–48 hours. Always within 48 hours. Video delivery may take a little longer, generally within 3–4 business days, depending on the project. Fast turnaround options are also available if needed.

If weather conditions are unsuitable (heavy rain, poor light), we can reschedule at no extra cost. I’ll always confirm the forecast the day before and discuss the best approach with you.
